1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our sole discretion. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 3 business days before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the scheduled booking are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals are considered non-refundable cancellations.

If we must cancel a booking due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

3. Safety & Conduct

All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the captain or crew.

We reserve the right to terminate any charter without refund if guest behavior is deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.4. LiabilityParticipation in boat charters is at your own risk.

We are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during your charter.
